You will receive detailed linking report of your products to ensure everything will sync successfully.

NMV stands for Net Merchandise Volume. Mortar calculates NMV as your Shopify revenue less any returns, taxes, and shipping each month.

For example, if you receive $25,000 in Shopify revenue and $5,000 in Shopify returns in a given month, your total NMV is $20,000.

Mortar does not include sales from your integrated POS platform in your NMV - only orders that flow from Shopify are included when calculating NMV.

Once your 90-day trailing average NMV exceeds $50,000/month, you'll move to Scale — priced in bands based on your volume. Your price only changes when your trailing average consistently crosses a threshold, so short spikes won't trigger an upgrade.
